You Said! We Did!

You Said! - You were not always clear about the instructions that had been left by the clinician following their consultation therefore we introduced a leaflet that can be left in the house for the patient to give to their carers/relatives.

We Did! - This form is completed by the clinician with any details or specific instructions i.e. how to take medication or worsening instructions.

You Said! - When they were supplied medication in the out of hours period they didn't realise there would be a cost involved.

We Did! - Therefore we put a message on the prescription slips that could be given to patients.

You Said! - There were no specific areas in the waiting room dedicated to children.

We Did! - Therefore we created a child friendly safe space.
